These terms apply to the Bands app and this website, provided by Suncraft Collective LLC, a California limited liability company ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Bands, you agree to them.
Apple Standard EULA
Bands is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Licensed Application End User License Agreement), which is incorporated into these terms: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. If these terms and the Standard EULA differ, the Standard EULA controls for the license to use the app. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the Standard EULA.
Free trial and free plan
When you start using Bands, you get 14 days with every feature available. This trial does not require a payment method and does not convert into a charge. After the trial, you can keep up to 2 active habits for free, with the Week view, your monthly recap, sharing and reminders included. Pro adds unlimited habits and the Month and Year views.
Pro subscription

- Price: $14.99 per year (prices may vary by region and are shown in the App Store before you buy)
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew in your Apple Account settings after purchase: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
- If a free trial period is offered by Apple with a subscription, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase the subscription.
Pro lifetime
Bands Pro (Lifetime) is a one-time purchase of $29.99 (prices may vary by region). It does not renew and is not a subscription. It is charged once to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Refunds and restoring purchases
Apple processes all payments and refunds. To request a refund, use Apple's refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com. To restore a purchase on a new device, use Restore purchases on the Pro screen in the app while signed in to the same Apple Account.
Your content
The habits and history you enter belong to you and are stored on your device. We do not receive them.
Acceptable use
Please use Bands for lawful, personal purposes. Do not copy, reverse engineer, resell or interfere with the app, except as allowed by law or the Standard EULA.
Not professional advice
Bands is a tracking tool. It does not provide medical, health, financial or other professional advice.
Disclaimer and limit of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suncraft Collective LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Because your data is stored on your device, keep your device backed up. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute is subject to the courts located in California, except where your local law gives you other rights.
